This all season dish can serve all kinds of occasions, either enjoyed on its own or as side dish on a buffet or BBQ, it will surely wow every distinguished palate by providing a full spectrum of nutrition. Enjoy playing with colors and by adding different herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill) and spices including jalapeños. Here I used root vegetables instead tomatoes for sweetness.
