Vegetable Fermenting is really easy and fast with the Perfect Pickler System.
Just cut up or dice your preferred Kraut, Radish & Carrot Combo , add salt and start massaging and pounding to get the brine going, than keep piling and stacking it up in a Mason Jar. During this fermentation additional vitamins, minerals, enzymes and micro cultures are being created, which will boost our immune system when enjoyed as soon as 4 days after the initial start date.
Today I used 1 head of Cabbage, 2 bags of peeled organic carrots, 2 large white onions, 1 garlic, and a finger size slice of ginger, 2 Tsp grey celtic Sea salt and 2 Tsp Caraway Seeds.
Using a wooden stomper to kick start my brine was a lot of fun, than I sealed the top with the suggested Kraut leaf seal and topped it off with the silver brine overflow cup, sealed the jar and hooked up the airlock filled with filtered water.
